Privacy policy of the HDS International Group

For reasons of readability, the masculine form is used when referring to persons, but the feminine form is always included.

  1. Data protection

We, the HDS International Group – consisting of the companies: HDS Consulting GmbH, HDS Services GmbH, HDS Systems GmbH, HDS Austria GmbH, HDS Consulting AG, HDS East LLC and HDS Services Vietnam Co Ltd – hereinafter referred to as HDS for short, attach particular importance to compliance with data protection laws. We fully comply with the relevant data protection laws, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act (new). The processing of personal data takes place exclusively on the basis of the relevant laws and only for the purposes stated under No. 4. The data will only be processed in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

– Personal data (name, address of the contact person at the client)

We guarantee data protection-compliant handling of personal data and have concluded suitable guarantee and standard contractual clauses for the transfer.

  1. Deletion periods

The personal data stored by us will be deleted or anonymized after the purposes mentioned in No. 4 cease to apply or after any statutory retention periods have expired.

  1. Rights of the data subject

You can obtain information free of charge at any time (Art. 15 EU GDPR) about the personal data we have stored about you as well as the origin, recipient and purpose of the data processing. You also have the right to request the rectification (Art. 16 EU GDPR), blocking (Art. 18 EU GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 EU GDPR) of your data. This does not apply to data that is stored due to legal regulations or is required for proper business processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 EU GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 EU GDPR).

In accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, unless this serves the fulfillment of a contract, a legal obligation or the protection of vital interests.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected by this. If you wish to enter into a contractual relationship with us, you must provide the personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the associated contractual obligations or for the collection of which there is a legal obligation.

If the data is not provided, no contract can be concluded.
