cost optimization, tender management, KPI dashboards, as well as claims management
and credit procedures.

Your Role

As the deputy to the Partner responsible for Logistics Cost Auditing & BPO Services, you
will play a central role in the operational and strategic management of this fast-growing
business unit.

You will serve as a key contact for major clients in industry and retail as well as logistics
service providers. With a process-oriented mindset and a strong affinity for digital
solutions, you will actively shape the development of our services – in close
collaboration with our international team, especially the delivery center in Ho Chi Minh
City (Vietnam).

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and represent the Partner in managing the department and client
    relationships
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of our BPO and audit services
  • Maintain communication with major clients (industry, retail) and logistics providers
  • Provide technical oversight and ensure quality in ongoing billing and cost management
    projects
  • Analyze and optimize processes related to freight invoicing and value-added services
  • Collaborate closely with international teams (especially the Vietnam delivery center)
  • Support in sales activities, presentations, and tenders
  • Contribute to the digital evolution of our tools and workflows
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for coordination and client interaction

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or academic degree with a focus on forwarding,
    logistics, or supply chain management
  • Practical experience in freight controlling, logistics invoice auditing, or value-added
    services in a B2B logistics environment
  • Ideally, experience working with a logistics provider, freight forwarder, or 4PL service
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint,
    Outlook, Teams); HubSpot and Jira knowledge is a plus
  • Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages
    (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in dealings with international clients and logistics partners
  • Structured, independent work style with strong hands-on mentality
  • High interest in digitalization, process improvement, and innovative logistics solutions
  • Eagerness to take on more responsibility – ideal for professionals from the “second
    row” ready to advance
