Our focus in road freight and CEP includes:
- Strategic consulting and tender management (Road, FTL, LTL, CEP)
- Benchmarking, rate and contract negotiations
- Analysis and optimization of transport networks
- Digitalization of billing and logistics controlling processes
- Collaboration with national and international logistics providers
Your Role
As the deputy to the partner responsible for Road & CEP Consulting, you will take a key
role in both operational and sales expansion of this business unit. You will advise major
clients from industry and commerce on land transport, CEP services, network design,
and cost optimization.
Working closely with our delivery center in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), you will manage
projects, analyze processes, support tenders, and implement innovative digital
solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and represent the partner in leading the Road & CEP department
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize logistics processes in road and CEP transport
- Support tenders (national & international)
- Advise clients on freight costs, network design, contracts, and KPIs
- Manage project setups and client-specific reporting & controlling
- Collaborate closely with our international team, especially in Vietnam
- Support sales activities, client meetings, and proposal processes
- Willingness to travel within DACH and occasionally internationally
Your Profile
- Educational background in forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in sales, pricing, or operations in road freight, CEP, or project logistics,
Consulting experience is a plus - Deep understanding of road transport processes, tendering, rate management, and
logistics controlling - Business-fluent in German and English; additional language (e.g., Italian, French) is a
plus - Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ideally also HubSpot
experience - Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, structured working style
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinking, and hands-on approach
- Strong interest in digitalization and innovation in transport and cost processes
- Ready to take on more responsibility – ideal for professionals aiming to grow from the
“second row”
