Process of automated invoice checking
- HDS receives a digital copy of the logistics order from the consignor
- Transport of the goods from consignor to consignee
- Electronic transmission of Track & Trace-data and costed transport data from the logistics service provider
- Using the HDS Rebell® system, HDS checks each invoice item against existing agreements
- HDS clarifies any differences with the forwarder
- Digital feedback of all pre-costed consignment data for the consignor ERP; optional: generation of credit-note by HDS
- Customer pays the correct amount to the forwarder

- Automated calculation of all logistics costs
- Calculations based on consignment data from the consignee as well as Track & Trace- and calculation data from the service-provider

No electronic data? No problem!
In time of worldwide digitization, industry 4.0 the importance of electronic data is becoming inceasingly clear. More then 75% of companies have no electronic data. HDS International Group offers for that a manual invoice checking. In this case, the HDS manuel invoice checking differs in two variants:
Process by unpaid invoices
- The mandator of HDS assignes her service provider, HDS gets a copy
- The service provider does the transport
- The service provider sends the invoice to HDS
- HDS digitaliz the invoices (scanning, registration of invoice line item and create PDF’s) and checks if they are correct
- HDS clarifys with both parties upcoming quieries
- If there are quieries, HDS monitors them until they get corrected
- HDS sends the checked invoices back to her mandator (optional with evaluation & reports)
- The mandator of HDS pays the correct amount to her service provider

Process by already paid invoices
- The consignor assigned his service provider, HDS recieves a copy
- The service provider does the transport
- The service provider sends the invoice to the consignor
- The mandator of HDS pays the invoice
- The mandator sends her paid invoices to HDS
- HDS digitaliz the invoices (scanning, registration of invoice line item and create PDF’s) and checks if they are correct
- HDS generates a quiery abridgment
- HDS clarifys with both parties upcoming quieries
- If there are quieries, HDS monitors them until they get corrected
- HDS sends the checked invoices back inclusive the quiery abridgement
